I am a newly qualified personal trainer based in Bristol.

My Ethos... 

I strongly believe that fitness should be accessible to all. I understand how gym environments can be intimidating and are not the right fit for everybody. With this in mind, I train all my clients outdoors on the beautiful Downs. For me, fitness is an important part of a well-balanced life and access to this should not be dictated by age, physical ability, gender, or body type. I believe that a good personal trainer listens and strives to improve overall health in a friendly and fun environment.
